Hi,

If this the first step in seeking some support or assistance, it takes courage to do this, I hope this is the first of many steps for you no matter how big or small.

If you are experiencing or feeling worry, overwhelm, sadness, fear and anger these emotions can feel huge, when battling to stay a float it can feel isolating and terrifying. Working collaboratively we can explore and work together to understand what is needed in each session for you. You the client and your experiences are treated with compassion and empathy and unconditional positive regard as well as with non-judgement.

The sessions are paced appropriately to suit each individual’s needs, aspirations and goals. The road to self-acceptance can be bumpy and as the passenger sitting alongside you, the aim is to work with what appears in sessions so you are able to move forward and make changes when ready .

Working integratively and creatively enables room to truly explore which approach suits your needs. Counselling provides therapeutic space to truly find and maintain the most authentic version of yourself. The hope is, you will continue on your life’s journey with improved self esteem, self-acceptance, growth and recognised strengths.

The one who falls and gets up is so much stronger than the one who never fell.

Maybe it’s about unbecoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.”
