I offer a welcoming space when times are difficult; you may need someone to talk to about relationship issues, or support with feeling low or anxious, or maybe you'd like to explore feelings about your upbringing.

It's really important to me that I provide a neuro-affirming space; whether you have a formal diagnosis or are self-diagnosed.

My training is in integrative counselling, which is an individualised approach depending on your support needs. I use humanistic principles along with approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, compassion-focussed therapy, psychoanalysis and motivational interviewing. Your sessions are personal to you and we will work collaboratively at your pace to help you feel less stressed or worried, and I will support you to be able to find a more balanced life, notice your strengths, and discover ways to cope.

I strongly believe in the restorative power of plants and nature, and I try to bring a touch of the outside into my counselling space. To really benefit from the natural world I offer the option of walk-and-talk therapy, where we can take your sessions outdoors and make the most of the beautiful surroundings here along the river dart.
